Radio-Canada has learned that Canada Post is refusing to comply with an order issued by a labour tribunal which requires it to pay $80,000 in punitive damages to one of its employees for having tarnished his reputation.

The court judgment was made following reprisals by Canada Post against three employees who had exposed on the airwaves of Radio-Canada a practice of illegal mail delivery.
