Apology
In February 2011, FAIR (Canada) through its website fairwhistleblower.ca included an excerpt from the book by Al Rosen and Mark Rosen under the heading "Book Excerpt: A Nation of Swindlers".
The book incorrectly implied that the decision of the Ontario Securities Commissioner dismissing all charges against K.Y. Ho and his wife was for reasons other than the express finding made by the OSC that they accepted the evidence of K.Y. Ho and his wife which demonstrated that they were innocent of the allegations charged.
FAIR (Canada) regrets any embarrassment to K.Y. Ho and his wife and apologizes for publication through its website of any statements in the book excerpts suggesting anything other then Mr. and Mrs. Ho's innocence.
